Mr. Abhishek Chaudhary Attri is a young and driven transactional lawyer with a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) in International Trade and Investment Laws. He has worked across a range of corporate transactions, from Pre-Series A funding rounds to legal due diligence for incoming investors.

His experience encompasses drafting shareholders agreements, share subscription agreements, and CP/CS checklists, as well as researching and drafting facility agreements, reviewing DD reports, and red-flagging issues relating to security creation, stamping, and financial covenants.

With early exposure to M&A, capital markets, insolvency, and arbitration, Abhishek is steadily building a strong cross-practice foundation and is committed to growing as a thoughtful and capable transactional practitioner.
